Rochester Executive Advisory in Italy seeks a Global Commodity Manager (CPO-2) to define and implement sourcing strategies across CAPEX, OPEX and MRO. You will lead a small team and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Controlling and Legal to deploy the commodity strategy worldwide, with a strong engineering procurement focus.

English fluency is required; Italian is a plus. This is a permanent full-time role in Verona, with an initial salary range of €65,000–€75,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Competenze

• Engineering degree required with procurement focus.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and procurement.
• Experience with CAPEX, OPEX and MRO procurement and project management.

Mansioni

• Define and implement sourcing strategies across CAPEX, OPEX and MRO.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and contract finalization with Legal.
• Drive cost optimization and supplier performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Controlling globally.
