Rochester Executive seeks a Strategic Buyer to drive Direct Materials strategy from the North Italy base. You will lead commodity programs, optimise TCO, and push ESG-aligned initiatives while partnering with global stakeholders across functions.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement in industrial multinational settings, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Italian and English. You will report to the Global Commodity Manager Direct Materials.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar procurement role within industrial multinational environments.
• Strong negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with analytical approach and project management abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work across departments in an international setting.
• Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Contribute to manage the procurement of the commodity at Group Level with a focus on sourcing execution.
• Foster long-term partnerships with suppliers, including visits, business reviews, negotiations, and quality management.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers on terms and delivery conditions.
• Prepare and analyze performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business meetings.
• Support execution and tracking of innovation and ESG projects.
