Rochester Executive is seeking a Global Commodity Manager for Direct Materials to own the global supplier strategy across ~10 plants. The role reports to the Procurement Director and drives value, quality, and sustainability through supplier programs and negotiations.

Ideally, you have 6–10 years in a similar role within a multinational industrial group, with fluency in Italian and English and strong leadership skills to coordinate a small buying team. North of Italy-based position.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• About 6–10 years’ experience in a similar role in industrial settings.
• Full proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.

• Design and implement a global supplier strategy for Direct Materials across multiple plants.
• Lead supplier risk management, contracting, and supplier performance programs.
• Coordinate 2–3 buyers to drive savings and optimize sourcing footprint.
