Rochester Executive Advisory presents an outstanding Global Commodity Manager role based in Verona, Italy. You will define sourcing strategies across engineering technical procurement, manage a small team, and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal to optimize costs worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines engineering credentials with deep procurement experience, especially in CAPEX, OPEX and MRO, and can lead negotiations and supplier relationships at a multinational scale.

Competenze

Engineering degree and procurement experience in engineering contexts.
At least 10+ years experience connecting engineering and procurement.
Proven track record in CAPEX, OPEX and MRO procurement.
Strong project and cost-optimization experience.

Mansioni

Convey distinctive engineering skills to role and enhance procurement capabilities for capex growth.
Coordinate with Plants ww, Operations and Legal to define specs and tenders; deploy commodity strategy.
Develop supplier strategies and performance programs; lead RFQ/RFP and negotiations.
Drive cost optimization and value creation initiatives with internal stakeholders.
Lead periodic reviews with strategic suppliers and cross-functional teams.
