Analog Devices, Inc. in Italy seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage the month-end close for the Italy entity, prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, and support tax and statutory reporting. The role collaborates with payroll, pension teams, and external auditors in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will work on intercompany charges, tax returns, and cash forecasting while ensuring compliance with local policies and US GAAP awareness are advantageous.

Competenze

• Holds a Business/Commerce or Accounting degree with a relevant professional qualification.
• Several years of experience in accounting, payroll and tax work in a multinational setting.
• Knowledge of Italian GAAP; U.S. GAAP is advantageous; S4/HANA and SAP familiarity helps.

Mansioni

• Manage month-end close for Italy entity and prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly reporting schedules and monthly accruals/prepayments analysis.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and cash forecasts; support payroll and tax activities.
• Coordinate with pension, intercompany, VAT, and external auditors; ensure Sox compliance.
