Job summary

Unobravo International in Milan is seeking a Senior Group Accounting Manager to lead the Italian accounting function and coordinate with external firms for accurate, timely closings. You will directly manage four accountants, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance while driving process improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a growth mindset, and deep expertise in Italian accounting standards, consolidation, and tax considerations.

Strong ERP and digital tooling proficiency, with ability to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of four accountants, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage general accounting for Unobravo Italia and consolidation of the Group, coordinating with external firms for timely closings.
Coordinate statutory financial statements and Group consolidated statements with external firms.
Redesign end-to-end accounting processes using NetSuite, automation and AI-enabled tools for scalability.
Partner with management on accounting and tax implications for new initiatives and products.
