Electra Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to own the general ledger and the full statutory accounting cycle. You will collaborate with the Finance Manager, external consultants, and the HQ Accounting team to ensure accurate books for the Italian entity.

You will supervise general and subsidiary accounting, manage closings, VAT/IRAP/Intrastat, and support audits using SAP and Payflows. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with French a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in accounting or audit roles.
• Knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax rules (VAT, IRAP, Intrastat).
• Experience with statutory financial statements and audits.
• Fluent Italian and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise general and subsidiary accounting.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and sub-ledgers (AP, AR, fixed assets).
• Manage cost accounting review and consolidation of balances.
• Handle customer collections and supplier balances, account reconciliations.
• Lead the monthly and annual closing, audit-ready books.
• Support VAT and tax filings and liaise with external auditors.
• Contribute to SAP/Payflows optimization.
