OverIT is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to engage with clients, shape the FSM product roadmap, and translate feedback into concrete user stories. You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market needs are captured and delivered in a timely manner.

The role requires 3–5 years in similar roles, familiarity with FSM platforms, and strong communication skills in English and Italian.

• Direct experience with FSM platforms or field operations software.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to present to clients and collaborate with technical teams.

What you’ll do

• Customer & Market Engagement: Participate in direct client interactions, product demos, and discovery sessions to gather real-world feedback and understand field pain points.
• Outbound Product Activities: Drive roadmap presentations with existing clients, and support the sales team in pre-sales contexts.
• Product Definition & Delivery: Contribute to writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications in collaboration with R&D and the senior PM team
• Backlog Management: Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence), ensuring requirements are well-articulated and actionable for development teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, Solution Center, and Customer Success to align on priorities and support a unified approach to product development and go-to-market.
• Domain Growth: Continuously deepen your understanding of the FSM landscape, competitive dynamics, and product capabilities to grow into a credible voice with clients and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Experience: 3–5 years in a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales role within a B2B software environment. Direct experience with FSM platforms or field operations software
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM), field operations, linear asset management, or related processes—ideally through direct industry exposure.
• Communication: Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating with technical teams. Italian mother tongue; good English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback and market signals into actionable product requirements.
• Hands-On Attitude: Detail-oriented and genuinely willing to roll up your sleeves — from writing specs and running demos to facilitating client workshops.
• Agile Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

What’s nice to have

• Involvement in digital transformation projects in industrial or asset-intensive sectors (ERP, EAM, CMMS)
• Experience supporting tender or bid processes in technical/software contexts
• Exposure to pre-sales or solution consulting activities
• Familiarity with AI tools: understanding of how AI-driven features (e.g. predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling, anomaly detection) can enhance FSM workflows and create product value
