OverIT is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of SaaS Field Service projects across clients in Italy and Europe, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, monitor quality, and ensure successful project outcomes while traveling to customer premises as needed.

Fluent English is required, with certifications encouraged. The role offers location-flexible smart working across Italy with competitive pay, growth

Competenze

3+ years as Project Manager using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience delivering complex SaaS and system integration projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and clients.
Experience gathering customer requirements and creating Statements of Work.
Fluent English (B2).

Mansioni

Define project scope and create detailed plans with resource requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage performance, conflicts, and feedback.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct quality audits.
Close contracts and archive documents after project completion.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to translate customer needs into opportunities.
