Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a senior professional education program leader for the EMEA region. The role focuses on translating global strategies into localized execution, leading cadaver labs, symposia, digital learning, and peer-to-peer training to support regional commercial priorities and market dynamics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and to communicate clinical and value-based outcomes of

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional education, sales training, or healthcare program management.
• Experience managing complex HCP education programs and engaging clinical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of regional professional education programs (cadaver labs, symposia, speaker programs, digital learning).
• Translate global strategy into localized execution aligned with regional priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end execution including faculty, logistics, vendors, and post-program follow-up.
• Ensure programs comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
