Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a senior training leader to design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability framework. Based in Italy with remote work, you will align training priorities with regional leaders and BUs, establish governance, and drive measurable business impact across regions.

You’ll develop scalable blended learning solutions, manage LMS content, and partner to analyze gaps and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global commercial training strategy with scalable, blended learning solutions across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans.
• Partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes, content management, reporting, and LMS networks.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Proven ability to design and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of time
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
