Talented Search Technologies seeks a Sales Director for Italy to drive strategic growth in cybersecurity solutions. You will own the country plan, lead the partner ecosystem, and align sales, services, and marketing to expand market leadership.

The role focuses on building executive relationships, developing growth strategies, and delivering revenue and profit improvements through a strong channel network across Italy.

Competenze

• 10-15 years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity or technology markets.
• Strong channel and partner ecosystem experience.
• Experience creating and executing growth strategies.
• Strong executive stakeholder management capability.
• Commercially astute with experience driving revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix organisations.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the country strategy for Italy for key cybersecurity technology solutions.
• Track country revenue performance and own annual/quarterly business plans.
• Act as executive owner of channel relationships in-country and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor-focused resources operating within the country to deliver growth and market leadership.
