ai.ESRA is seeking a Sales Manager to expand our Cyber Risk Analytics platform across the Italian market, with a focus on Rome. You will drive business development, acquire new clients, and nurture strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and IT managers.

You will collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Product and Marketing to share leads, shape GTM strategies, and deliver against commercial targets, reporting to the CRO.

Competenze

• 8–10 years in selling cybersecurity solutions
• Proven sales track record with €2–4M/year in recent years (software, subscriptions, services)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Mansioni

• Drive business development for the ESRA solution
• Lead acquisition of new clients and strengthen relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and IT Managers
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product and Marketing to share leads, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and achieve commercial targets
• Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
