Talented Search Technologies seeks a Sales Director for Italy to lead cybersecurity go-to-market initiatives, drive growth, and manage the partner ecosystem. You will own the country strategy, revenue performance, and executive relationships with vendors and customers.

Based in Italy, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.

Competenze

• 10-15 years in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity or tech markets.
• Strong experience building and managing channel and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix organisations.
