Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager for Luxury Goods within Global Business Solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, bridging our platform with global clients and agencies, driving full-funnel campaigns, and translating data into ROI-focused narratives.

Qualifications

Experience in account/client solutions management across brands/agencies/tech companies.
Experience in full funnel digital marketing and measurement.
Strong understanding of media and advertising landscape with digital/programmatic sales experience.
Experience analysing data to assess campaign performance and derive insights.
Knowledge of tracking/attribution methods (Pixel, CAPI, MMP; MMM/MTA; CLS/BLS/ULS).
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and manage scaling challenges.
Background in performance advertising and solving technical issues with product/engineering teams.
Fluency in Italian and English; strong Italian written/oral proficiency.
