Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Client Executive in Italy to own the full client relationship across enterprise Banking and Financial Services accounts. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value.

You will shape strategic account plans, identify transformational opportunities in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and information management, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and establish long-term executive partnerships.
• Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional orchestration skills.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise client environments and multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic account planning and enterprise sales execution.
• Industry expertise in Banking or Financial Services is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the executive account leader for Italy's strategic Banking and Financial Services clients.
• Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Lead multi-year account planning aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities across OpenText portfolio (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management).
• Coordinate specialists and partners to deliver successful client outcomes.
