Job summary
Page Executive is recruiting an experienced Future Business Unit Manager for its Milan operations. You will drive the BU's strategic, commercial and organizational development, reporting to the CEO, and shaping the future of a high‑profile automation components distribution business.
The role requires strong P&L discipline, leadership of a ~20-person team across sales, product and design, and close collaboration with suppliers and customers to unlock new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
- Proven BU management or commercial leadership experience in manufacturing/multi-brand distributors.
- Track record in P&L management and business development.
- Strong managerial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for BU strategic, commercial and organizational development.
- Manage BU's P&L (≈€10 million) and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop a ~20-head team across Sales, Product, Design and Proposal Engineering.
- Define budgets, forecasts and development plans; contribute to Group Strategic Committee.
- Lead and optimize commercial, technical and operational activities.
- Drive business development and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Oversee Technical Department, Product Managers and supplier relationships.
- Monitor market dynamics and identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
