Page Executive is recruiting a Future Business Unit Manager to own the BU and drive strategic, commercial, and organizational growth in an industrial automation family business. You will report to the CEO, shape revenue and profitability for a ~€10M P&L, lead a ~20-person cross-functional team, and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.

Budgets, forecasts, and development plans will be defined in sync with other BUs, and you will monitor market dynamics to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Proven BU management or commercial leadership in manufacturing or distributors.
• Track record in P&L management and business development.
• Fluent Italian and English; German a plus.

As Future Business Unit Manager you will own the BU, steering its strategic, commercial, and organizational growth. You’ll lead ~20 professionals across Sales, Product, Design and Proposal Engineering to drive accountability and cross-functional execution.
