Page Executive in Italy seeks a Future Business Unit Manager to own the BU across strategic, commercial, and organizational growth. You will work directly with the CEO, shaping revenue, profitability, and investment outcomes for a ~€10M P&L, leading ~20 professionals across Sales, Product, Design and Proposal Engineering.

• Proven BU management or commercial leadership experience in manufacturing or automation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Business Unit P&L and ensure revenue, profitability, and investment targets.
• Lead a ~20-person cross-functional team (Sales, Product, Design, Proposal Engineering).
• Define budgets, forecasts, and development plans in sync with Group strategy.
• Oversee and optimize commercial, technical, and operational activities.
• Coach and support the Sales Network to drive performance.
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the Technical Department, Product Managers, and supplier partnerships.
• Monitor market dynamics and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.

Overview

Responsabilità

• Manage the Business Unit P&L and ensure revenue, profitability, and investment targets
• Lead and develop a ~20-person cross-functional team (Sales, Product, Design, Proposal Engineering)
• Define budgets, forecasts, and development plans in sync with other BUs and Group Strategic Committee
• Oversee and optimize commercial, technical, and operational activities
• Coach and support the Sales Network to drive performance
• Drive business development and strengthen relationships with key customers

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven BU management or commercial leadership experience in manufacturing, multinational branches, or multi-brand distributors in industrial automation
• Demonstrated track record in P&L management and business development
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Italian and English; German a plus
