LONGi Solar in Napoli region seeks a seasoned BESS C&I sales professional to develop opportunities and drive regional targets. You will build strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored BESS solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of battery systems, PCS, BMS and EMS, with proven negotiation skills and travel readiness to cover the region.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in sales, technical sales or business development in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
Proven experience with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
Fluent in English and local language.

Mansioni

Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, sizing and applications.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation and closing.
Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support pricing strategy.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
