ElevenLabs is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Italy’s largest enterprises. You will engage with C-level and senior decision-makers, outlining the business value of ElevenLabs’ AI voice platforms.

The role focuses on enterprise verticals such as Financial Services, Telecoms, Healthcare, and Utilities, with a hybrid approach in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Italian enterprise landscape with executive presence at C‑suite and board level.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Italy, focusing on key industries to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for senior executives.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and emerging trends for regulated Italian industries.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about ElevenLabs' voice technology and its value across customer support and virtual agents.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in enterprise verticals.
