Genetec is seeking an Account Executive – Public Sector to drive growth across Italy, focusing on government and public institutions. You will develop and manage relationships with key customers, partners, and system integrators while promoting Genetec’s unified security platform.

This strategic sales role requires identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and delivering value-driven security solutions across public-sector organizations.

Competenze

• Proven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales, ideally within the public sector.
• Experience selling physical security solutions.
• Strong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative selling.
• Experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline across Italy with a focus on the public sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with public-sector end users and partners.
• Promote Genetec solutions including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including tender/RFP processes.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to drive opportunities and strategy.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in CRM; represent Genetec at events and meetings.
