PVH is seeking a Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales to oversee store performance and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will set daily service goals, train and coach the team on standards, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Provide ongoing feedback, lead CRM activities for retention and upselling, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements. The role requires strong communication, collaboration and an ability to operate in a hybrid setup with PVH brands CALVIN

Competenze

• University Degree in Economics or related studies.
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar role within structured environment.
• Highly developed business acumen and big-picture thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
