Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Store Manager in a full-time capacity to lead and develop the store’s business and team in Rome, Italy. You will align with the brand’s mission while driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading the Sales, Operations, and Visual teams, executing local retail strategies, and maintaining strong visual standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to drive strategies.
• Lead team by leveraging incentives and strategies to meet sales goals.
• Oversee Sales, Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor and ensure a safe, efficient operation.
