Job summary

ALO in Tuscany is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences by sharing product knowledge and community values. You will contribute to store success through friendly customer service, education on features and fit, and by supporting a cohesive team environment.

As part of our studio-to-street approach, you’ll help maintain product flow, assist with shipments, and participate in visual merchandising to ensure an engaging store atmosphere throughout shifts and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO's initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
• In partnership with the leadership team, analyse reports to strategise and deliver results; support action plans focusing on growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives
