You will oversee opening/closing, supervise sales floor and stockroom, train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and nurture product knowledge and visual displays while upholding the brand and company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Ability to coach others and balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
