Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Italy. The role blends strategy, operations, styling, and people leadership to grow sales and deliver top customer experiences.

Lead opening/closing, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, and manage staffing and payroll. Build visual displays, train staff, and promote brand values while driving omni-channel success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Italian, required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
