Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in our Italy store to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership. You will drive sales, supervise daily store routines, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

You will open and close the store, train staff, manage schedules and payroll, and support omni-channel orders. Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2) and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Italian, required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines and oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
