Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Italy. You will oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and drive sales through exceptional customer service and brand knowledge.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience, and fluency in English and Italian at CEFR B2 level. You’ll lead staffing, training, visual displays, and omni-channel order fulfillment while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Italian is required.
• Maintain strong customer focus and effective communication.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and embody Company Culture and Values.
