Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is seeking a seasoned Back of House & Stewarding Manager to lead all stewarding and back‑of‑house operations across Culinary and Food & Beverage. Based at the Cortina resort, you will guide pre-opening readiness, establish procedures, recruit and train teams, and ensure cleanliness, safety and efficiency to support a world-class alpine experience.

Competenze

Proven leadership in Stewarding or back-of-house management in luxury hospitality.
Experience with pre-opening or startup phases is highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, safety and sustainability.
Excellent organisational, budgeting, purchasing and inventory skills.
Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Lead daily Stewarding operations, ensuring staffing and coverage across F&B back-of-house.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of kitchens, storerooms and related areas.
Monitor inventories of china, glassware, silverware and operating equipment.
Develop and monitor cleaning schedules, SOPs and safety protocols.
Lead pre-opening setup, procedures and training for the Stewarding team.
Coordinate waste management and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with Culinary, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure readiness.
