Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is opening in Winter 2026. The Commis Chef - Kitchen will support pre-opening and ongoing operation of the resort's culinary division, reporting to the Chef de Partie and senior culinary team.

You will assist in high-quality dish preparation, develop technical skills, and uphold Mandarin Oriental culinary standards in a fast-paced alpine luxury setting.

Competenze

• Professional culinary qualification or currently completing culinary training.
• Luxury hotel or fine dining experience is advantageous.
• Pre-opening experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Mansioni

• Assist with setup and organisation of kitchen workstations.
• Prepare ingredients and follow approved recipes and Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Maintain clean, hygienic workstations and comply with HACCP procedures.
• Support pre-opening training and induction programmes.
• Collaborate with senior chefs and support all kitchen sections as required.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising deliveries.
