Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is launching a pre-opening Head Chef for the Colleague Restaurant and staff canteen. Based at Cortina, you will lead the culinary operation, develop menus, supervise production, ensure HACCP compliance and drive dining quality for a multicultural colleague population.

You will recruit and train the kitchen team, establish production schedules, manage costs and collaborate with People & Culture and culinary leadership to deliver exceptional dining from day one.

Competenze

• Professional culinary qualification preferred
• Minimum 4–5 years' professional culinary experience
• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety

• Lead the daily culinary operation of the colleague restaurant and staff canteen
• Develop rotating, cost-effective menus for a multicultural workforce
