Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina invites a Staff House Manager to lead pre-opening and ongoing management of colleague accommodation. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role ensures safe, comfortable living environments that support wellbeing and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include planning, setup, allocations, maintenance, cost control, vendor management, and collaboration with Engineering, HR and Finance to deliver outstanding colleague housing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in staff housing, facilities management or hospitality operations.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and ongoing management of staff accommodation and housing.
• Coordinate allocations, maintenance, and vendor management, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Engineering, and Finance to optimize costs and experiences for colleagues.
