Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and develop the culinary brigade in a luxury alpine resort pre-opening and ongoing operations. You will work under the Executive Chef to establish kitchen standards, recruit and train staff, and implement HACCP procedures.

The role emphasizes high-quality guest experiences, food safety, and operational excellence within Mandarin Oriental's renowned standards. Previous pre-opening experience is a strong plus.

Competenze

• Professional culinary qualification or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in luxury five-star hotel or fine dining preferred.

• Support pre-opening and ongoing kitchen operations under the Executive Chef.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the culinary brigade.
• Ensure HACCP standards, food safety, and high-quality presentation.
