Saipem is seeking a Static Equipment Engineer for the ENCAR Business line in Milano, offering a hybrid work model with worldwide travel. The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and at least five years’ experience with international contracting and engineering firms.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar positions with international main contracting & engineering companies.
• Familiarity with PV Elite, Compress or similar software for mechanical design.

Mansioni

• Perform design, verification or study activities on storage tanks and process equipment.
• Coordinate technical activities with Saipem teams and subcontractors as needed.
• Follow up on supplies with vendors after purchase orders.
• Estimate weights and costs for equipment items.
• Prepare engineering data sheets and documentation per specifications.
• Optimize solutions to balance performance and cost.
