Saipem is seeking an Automation & Control System Engineer in Milano, Italy. The role involves engineering tasks on global energy projects, with responsibilities including analyzing control systems and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering and at least 5 years of industry experience. The position offers a competitive salary of at least €45,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and a hybrid working model for better work-life balance.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience as automation engineer within oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors.

Mansioni

• Read and analyze P&IDs; develop control systems design products.
• Attend and perform FAT/IFAT and SAT for Control Systems.
• Interact with clients and vendors for technical compliance.
• Support project bids with man-hour estimates.

Conoscenze

Control and Safety Systems knowledge

Experience with PLCs and SCADA

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards

SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) knowledge

Formazione

Master’s Degree in Automation & Control System Engineer or equivalent
