Saipem is seeking a Rotating Equipment Lead Engineer in Milano Santa Giulia to drive engineering activities for rotating equipment on major projects. You will coordinate across disciplines to ensure integration with the overall design and meet technical, budget, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of rotating equipment experience in oil and gas, and willingness to travel and relocate internationally for project

Competenze

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in oil and gas.
• English proficiency (B2/C1).

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all rotating equipment engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Prepare mechanical data sheets and material requisitions.
• Manage vendor interfaces and follow-up documents.
• Support factory acceptance tests and site inspections.
• Collaborate with other disciplines for integration.
