Satispay is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to define the long-term technical vision and architect subsystems powering our features. You will lead cross-functional teams across backend infrastructure to support millions of users and financial goals.

You will drive architectural improvements, mentor engineers, and champion high-quality engineering practices while collaborating across the organization to stay ahead of FinTech trends. Hybrid work in Milan offered.

Competenze

• 7+ years in backend software engineering, with microservices in fast-paced environments.
• Deep Java experience and strong cloud knowledge (AWS) to scale complex systems.
• Excellent cross-team communication and strategic thinking.
• Proven thought leadership and ability to guide technical direction.
• Passion for FinTech and fluent English.
