Satispay in Milano is seeking an Associate Engineering Manager to lead a consumer-oriented squad of 3–5 engineers. You will focus on team success, delivery, and people growth, while partnering with product, design and other engineering leaders to align on priorities.

You won't code daily, but your technical background will guide architecture discussions and ensure robust, scalable services in a regulated fintech environment.
