Satispay is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Milano to lead and evolve the data platform, enabling analysts and business teams to model and analyze data safely. You will architect a lakehouse, govern pipelines, and own the ML feature store to empower data scientists.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (in-office several days a week) and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Italy and beyond, bringing your expertise in SQL and modern data tooling to accelerate analytics at scale.

Competenze

• 5+ years designing and maintaining enterprise data platforms.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with batch and real-time streaming architectures.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, and data governance.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead data platform architecture and evolution for a lakehouse strategy.
• Enable self-service analytics and own dbt framework.
• Build and maintain Airflow DAGs for batch and near-real-time workloads.
• Own ML feature store and data pipelines.
• Ensure data security, governance, and cost efficiency.
