Satispay is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Consumer Wealth Domain, to shape how users grow and manage their savings and investments. You will define the technical strategy and architect complex subsystems powering wealth features across products.

You will lead cross-organizational initiatives, build scalable back-end systems, and mentor future engineering leaders in a FinTech environment, with a hybrid work pattern in Milan and a focus on impact.

Competenze

• 7+ years in back-end software engineering within product-based companies.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and cloud experience (AWS).
• Experience with microservices and scalable cloud architectures.
• Interest in FinTech/wealth management systems.
