Satispay is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Consumer Wealth area to shape how users grow and manage savings and investments. You’ll design scalable backend services using PostgreSQL, Java, and Spring Boot, and drive architecture decisions across teams.

With 5+ years of backend experience, you’ll mentor engineers, collaborate across product teams, and help deliver financial features in a fast-paced fintech environment. Hybrid work is supported in Italy.

• 5+ years of backend software engineering in product-based companies.
• Strong Java and cloud experience, with microservices and scalable systems.
• Experience designing reliable financial-grade services and APIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in English.
