Satispay S.p.A. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to define the long-term technical vision for one of our domains, architect complex subsystems, and lead initiatives that empower millions of users to reach their financial goals.

You will own the architecture roadmap, collaborate across teams, and drive technical excellence. You will design scalable systems using PostgreSQL, Java, and Spring Boot, with AWS-based microservices.

Competenze

• 7+ years in back-end software engineering
• Proven track record architecting and maintaining microservices
• Experience building high-throughput, highly available systems
• Strong Java development experience and cloud platform knowledge (AWS)
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and lead technically
• Fluent in English and passionate about FinTech or startups
