Satispay S.p.A. in Milan seeks a Software Engineer III, Backend for the Consumer Wealth domain to design, build, and operate backend services enabling users to grow their savings and investments.

You will own feature lifecycle with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and AWS, lead reliability improvements, and collaborate with Product and UX teams to deliver scalable wealth products with high transactional integrity.

Competenze

• 3+ years as Backend Engineer in fast-paced environments.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise with cloud experience.
• Experience with scalable microservices and transactional systems.

Mansioni

• Own the Feature Lifecycle – design, build, test, and operate backend services for savings and investments.
• Build Scalable Wealth Products – maintain Invested Money Box, savings goals, and portfolios.
• Master a Modern Tech Stack – own AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and improve architecture.
• Work in an AI-Powered Environment – use AI tools to write/optimize code and generate docs.
• Solve Complex Financial Problems – translate financial requirements into scalable tech solutions with precision.
• Collaborate with Product/UX – participate in reviews, post-mortems, refactoring, and promote best practices.
• Drive System Reliability – debug production issues and improve health of financial engines.
