BCD Travel seeks a Project Manager, Sports (Hybrid) in Florence, Italy. You will own client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfer arrangements per requests. You will split time between home-based work and in-office meetings.

Role requires several years of experience in meetings/events, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Amadeus GDS. You will travel when needed and support visa paperwork as required.

Formación

• Several years’ experience in organizing meetings and events.
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, process-oriented and solution-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate air and rail ticketing for individuals and groups.
• Arrange hotel stays for individuals and groups.
• Coordinate catering services for events.
• Manage transfers for attendees and groups.
• Oversee charter flight arrangements when required.
• Assist with visa paperwork and documentation.
