BCD Travel is seeking an Account Management Specialist to support the program management team in Italy with data gathering, reporting, and presentations. You will maintain updates in Salesforce and collaborate with Operations and Technology to drive client growth and travel management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and customer service experience, with a hybrid work arrangement in Italy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the travel industry or function (Operations knowledge preferred).
• Knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Customer Service experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare internal and client presentations.
• Research and gather data/information related to the travel industry and client trends.
• Request, gather, and create information for designated or customized reports.
• Assist program management team with various types of projects, i.e. implementations.
• Input data/information into various systems to support the client program.
• Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the management team.
