Octorate is seeking a Customer Tech Support Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our Rome-based Customer Success team. You will guide clients across Spain, LATAM, and international markets through their digital transformation and ensure maximum value from our travel SaaS platform.

The role involves onboarding new clients, providing support via chat, email, and phone in Spanish, and collaborating with the Product team to report issues and suggest improvements.

Competenze

• Native or C1 fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English is required.
