BIP is seeking a Senior PMO Officer to join our team and lead governance for complex space programmes. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling and reporting across international projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

With at least six years in PMO roles and a master’s degree, you will thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment, travel as required and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes within the Space sector.

Competenze

• At least 6 years of professional experience in PMO/lead consultancy roles.
• Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate to Client premises within Europe.
• Experience with PM tools such as Microsoft Project Planning.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Supporting programme and project management activities across PMO domains (planning, budget, schedule, risk, reporting, governance).
• Coordinating complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and international partners.
