Trace One is seeking a Portfolio PMO to lead our Professional Services governance framework, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale. You will define portfolio governance frameworks, manage performance, and support best practices.

With 7–10+ years in PMO or portfolio management, you're proficient in Italian and English. The role emphasizes KPI design, risk management, and financial analysis within an international environment.

Context

We’re looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision‑making at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths)
• Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials)
• Design and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‑making
• Standardise processes, templates, and tools across regions
• Ensure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth
• Support PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity

Key skills and requirements

• 7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations
• Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments
• Strong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design, and executive reporting
• Experience managing multi‑project / multi‑country environments
• KPI definition and performance tracking
• Risk and escalation management
• Financial and delivery performance analysis
• Dashboarding and data modelling (Excel, BI tools)
• Process standardisation & optimisationFamiliarity with PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
• Professional working proficiency in Italian language
• Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication
• French is a plus
