Starion Group seeks a Project Management Office (PMO) Officer to support governance, planning and reporting for ESAIT projects in Frascati, Italy or Noordwijk, Netherlands.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 3+ years in PMO or similar, and fluent English. You will work with ESAIT governance, ensure adherence to processes, and help deliver project lifecycle activities with strong dashboards.

Competenze

• The following skills and experience are mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in project and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in risk and issue management.
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs and produce performance reports for management.
• Experience in resource and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Experience with PPM tools such as Planisware, Sciforma, ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Supporting governance, planning, monitoring and reporting of ESAIT projects.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards and management reporting.
• Assist in preparation of project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate governance boards, steering committees and project reviews.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule and budget.
